سياسة الخصوصية

ما يجمعه تطبيق سند سوفت (أندرويد والويب) من بيانات، ولماذا، وأين تُحفظ، وكيف تحذفها. نحن نظامٌ محاسبي للمتاجر، وهذه وعودنا الثلاثة:

لا إعلانات ولا تتبّعلا نعرض إعلانات ولا نتتبّعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى.

لا نبيع بياناتكتُستخدم لتقديم الخدمة فقط، ومشفّرة في النقل والتخزين.

١. البيانات التي نجمعها

البيانات	مصدرها	الغرض
الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور	أنت عند التسجيل	إنشاء حسابك وتسجيل الدخول. كلمة المرور تديرها Firebase Authentication ولا نراها.
بيانات المنشأة: الاسم، الهاتف، العنوان، الرقم الضريبي، السجل التجاري، الشعار	أنت	إعداد المنشأة وطباعتها على الفواتير كما يشترط النظام الضريبي.
بيانات العملاء والموردين: الاسم، الهاتف، البريد، العنوان، الرقم الضريبي	أنت أو موظفوك	إصدار الفواتير وكشوف الحساب.
البيانات المالية: الفواتير، السندات، القيود، المخزون، الأرصدة	أنت أو موظفوك	تقديم خدمة المحاسبة نفسها.
صور الأصناف والشعار	أنت (اختياري)	عرضها في التطبيق وعلى المستندات.
حالة الاشتراك وسجلّ الشراء	Google Play عبر RevenueCat	تفعيل الباقة المدفوعة.
تقارير الأعطال والتشخيص: نوع الجهاز، نسخة النظام والتطبيق، معرّف المستخدم الداخلي	التطبيق تلقائياً	إصلاح الأعطال. لا تتضمن بريدك ولا اسمك ولا بياناتك المالية.
شهادة سلامة التطبيق والجهاز (App Check / Play Integrity)	التطبيق تلقائياً	منع الطلبات التي لا تأتي من تطبيقنا الأصلي.

لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي، ولا جهات الاتصال، ولا الرسائل، ولا الصوت، ولا سجلّ التصفّح. تُستخدم الكاميرا لمسح الباركود فقط، ولا تُحفظ منها أي صورة.

٢. بيانات عملائك

ما تدخله عن عملائك ومورديك تتحكّم فيه أنت بصفتك صاحب المنشأة، ونحن نعالجه نيابةً عنك لتقديم الخدمة فقط. أنت مسؤول عن أن يكون لديك أساسٌ نظامي لحفظ هذه البيانات، وعن الردّ على طلباتهم بشأنها.

٣. أين تُحفظ بياناتك ومن يعالجها

تُنقل البيانات مشفّرة (HTTPS/TLS) وتُحفظ مشفّرة لدى هؤلاء المزوّدين، ويحتفظ التطبيق بنسخة محلية على جهازك ليعمل دون اتصال.

٤. من يرى بياناتك داخل المنشأة

يرى أعضاء منشأتك البيانات حسب أدوارهم (مالك، مدير، محاسب، كاشير)، وقواعد الأمان على خوادمنا تفرض ذلك. مثلاً: تكلفة البضاعة وأرباحها مخفية عن الكاشير.

٥. الاحتفاظ والحذف

حساب الموظف: يُحذف فوراً عند طلبه، مع عضويته في المنشأة. تبقى المستندات التي أنشأها ملكاً للمنشأة، ويبقى معرّفه الداخلي عليها كسجلّ تدقيق.
حساب المالك: حذفه يحذف المنشأة كاملةً. نرسل رابط تأكيد إلى بريدك، ثم تُحذف البيانات نهائياً بعد ٧٢ ساعة من التأكيد، ويمكنك الإلغاء قبلها من داخل التطبيق.
قد تبقى نسخٌ في النسخ الاحتياطية المشفّرة مدةً لا تتجاوز ٣٠ يوماً ثم تُحذف، وتُحذف تقارير الأعطال تلقائياً بعد ٩٠ يوماً.

الأنظمة الضريبية تُلزم التاجر عادةً بحفظ سجلاته عدة سنوات (ست سنوات في المملكة العربية السعودية). صدّر نسخة كاملة من بياناتك قبل الحذف: الملف الشخصي ← تصدير نسخة كاملة.

٦. حقوقك

يمكنك الاطلاع على بياناتك وتعديلها من داخل التطبيق، وتصدير نسخة منها، وحذف حسابك. ولأي طلبٍ آخر راسلنا من البريد المسجّل في حسابك.

٧. الأطفال

التطبيق موجّه للأعمال التجارية وليس لمن هم دون ١٨ عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

٨. التغييرات

إن غيّرنا هذه السياسة تغييراً جوهرياً نحدّث تاريخ السريان أعلاه ونُعلمك داخل التطبيق.

Privacy Policy

What the Sanad Soft app (Android and web) collects, why, where it is stored, and how you can delete it. We show no ads, do not sell your data, and do not track you across other apps or websites.

1. Data we collect

We do not collect your location, contacts, messages, audio or browsing history. The camera is used only to scan barcodes; no image is stored.

2. Your customers' data

Data you enter about your customers and suppliers is controlled by you as the business owner; we process it on your behalf only to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to keep it and for answering their requests about it.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest by these providers. The app also keeps a local copy on your device so it works offline.

4. Who sees your data inside your business

Members of your business see data according to their role (owner, manager, accountant, cashier), enforced by security rules on our servers. For example, cost of goods and profit are hidden from cashiers.

Staff account: deleted immediately on request, together with its membership. Documents it created remain the business's records and keep its internal ID as an audit trail.
Owner account: deleting it deletes the whole business. We email you a confirmation link; data is permanently deleted 72 hours after you confirm, and you can cancel from inside the app before then.
Copies may remain in encrypted backups for no more than 30 days, then are deleted. Crash reports are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Tax rules usually require businesses to keep records for several years (six years in Saudi Arabia). Export a full copy of your data before deleting: Profile → Export full copy.

Deletion details: Delete account.

6. Your rights

You can view and edit your data inside the app, export a copy, and delete your account. For any other request, email us from the address registered to your account.

7. Children

The app is intended for businesses, not for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

If we materially change this policy we will update the effective date above and notify you inside the app.
